Organizational Structure

Yayasan Literacy Empowerment for Pupils and Teachers (Yayasan LEAP) is governed by three organs as set out in its Articles of Association (Notarial Deed No. 26 by Dini Wilinda, S.H., M.Kn., dated July 15, 2026): the Board of Trustees, the Board of Executives, and the Board of Supervisors Each organ operates independently while working together to ensure every program is run with accountability and genuine impact.

Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is the foundation’s highest organ, responsible for setting overall policy, approving annual work plans, and guiding the organization’s long-term direction.

Board of Supervisors

Yayasan LEAP was established under Notarial Deed No. 26, dated July 15, 2026, by Dini Wilinda, S.H., M.Kn., and has been legally ratified by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia under Decree No. AHU-0016168.AH.01.04.2026, Registration Number 5026071652100940.
